CDIP Paulsboro Summit LP, is the limited partnership formed for the purpose of redeveloping The Paulsboro Plaza.
The first phase of the four-pronged redevelopment will turn the former Acme grocery store — which is currently close to gutted — into a brand new Save-A-Lot grocery store, as well as redo the rest of the connected building to be new commercial space. The additional commercial space that is under going renovation has a mailbox store, a high tech business center and a IT and Computer Company with a computer repair and sales store already conmfirmed, taking up aporximately 90% of the available space, with a proposed Call Center operation bidding on the last available space.
Once the first stage is complete, a second construction phase in planned that will include 120 units of affordable senior housing and an additional 40,000 square feet of retail space.
